(*) - only a limited number hunted each year and on a minimum of 14 hunting days. A levy of US $ 500,- will be charged to each prospective Leopard hunter to cover expenses eg. baits. (**)These species will be hunted on one of our concession areas.

In order to ensure a successful hunt, we recommend that you spend at least 5 days with us when hunting any of our Plains Game species; and 14 days when hunting Leopard.

Day of arrival and day of departure count as one day.

The above tariffs INCLUDE the following:

• Board and Lodging.
• Laundry Service.
• Hunting drives on our farm.
• Hunting guide, trackers and skinners.
• Skinning, preliminary preparation and sheltering of the trophies.
• Government Value Added Tax of 15%.
• All necessary hunting permits.
• Namibia Tourism Board Bed Levy

The above tariffs EXCLUDE the following:

• Transfer costs to other hunting ranches in excess of 200 km from Okatjeru.
• Tourist excursions. (Except those offered in our specials). {we are, however, more than willing to advise you and assist in the organizing of trips to places of interest in Namibia}.
• Personal expenses such as telephone calls, gratuities and souvenirs.
• Alcoholic drinks (except wine and malt which are free).
• Trophy preparation at any taxidermist.
• Packing, shipping and export duty costs of any trophies.
