General Guidelines
Surface of landing strip is sandy soil with short grass. Both sides of the runway are vehicle tracks that are
visible from the air and delineate the strip from the surrounding. Wind sock is in the middle on the eastern
side. Due to a slight gradient from South to North it is advisable to land on runway 18 and processed to the
end of it to a large run-up pad. The aircraft can be tied-down there.
Should there be a strong northerly wind fly a "right down-wind" pattern. Expect some turbulance on long-final
due to the mountain on the western side.
If a strong easterly wind is encountered runway 09/27 can be used which requires
short-field procedures as it is only 600m long. Do not use this runway under any other conditions!
Avgas can be organized, but should be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance and if possible with the amount of
liters needed
